The place where different coffee beans from all over the world meet.

As a coffee shop owner, serving high-quality coffee is my top priority. It is not only a matter of pride for me, but also a way to showcase my passion. The coffee I serve reflects my dedication and care. Every cup tells a story of dedication, craftsmanship, and appreciation for the art of coffee-making. I understand that a single poor cup can taint a customer’s perception of my business, so I strive for perfection in every brew. I source the finest beans, perfect our brewing techniques, and ensure each cup meets the highest standards. My customers deserve an exceptional coffee experience every time they visit. By serving exceptional coffee, I aim to create a memorable experience that goes beyond just a beverage.

The History of Coffee

Coffee’s journey began in the ancient coffee forests of Ethiopia. According to legend, a goat herder named Kaldi discovered coffee in the 9th century when his goats became energized after eating the berries of a certain plant. Monks at a local monastery started brewing a drink from these berries, and the practice spread to Yemen by the 15th century.

By the 17th century, coffee had reached Europe, where it quickly gained popularity. Coffeehouses began to emerge in cities like London and Paris, becoming centers for social and intellectual exchange. The first English coffeehouse opened in 1652 and played a key role in the spread of coffee culture.

European colonial powers then established coffee plantations in tropical regions, with Brazil becoming a major producer. In the 20th century, the rise of specialty coffee and global coffee chains like Starbucks transformed coffee culture.

Today, coffee is enjoyed worldwide in various forms, reflecting its rich history and ongoing evolution.
